สามปีที่ผ่านมา ในงานประจำพีทไม่อยากให้วันพรุ่งนี้มาถึงเลยมันน่าเบื่อ และไม่สนุกมากขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ ครับ ความคิดที่เสนอไปถูกปัดทิ้งหมด ไม่มีอะไรเปลี่ยนแปลง ไม่มีอะไรแปลกใหม่ เหตุคือ ความคิดของพีทเป็นการบริหารที่ใหม่เกินไป จนผู้ถือหุ้นในบริษัทหวาดกลัวการเปลี่ยนแปลง พีทไม่ได้โกรธหรือเกลียดกับความเห็นที่เน้นปลอดภัยของผู้ถือหุ้น หากแต่ต้องการความมั่นคงไม่เปลี่ยนแปลง พีทก็ไม่จำเป็นสำหรับที่แห่งนี้อีกต่อไป พีทคงต้องหาจุดมุ่งหมายใหม่ ในเส้นทางที่ตัวเองต้องการครับ
