นายศุภกร สุนทรกิจ กรรมการผู้จัดการ บลจ. เกียรตินาคิน จำกัด (KK Fund)  เปิดเผยมุมมองการลงทุนในปี 55 ว่า การลงทุนในทองคำยังคงน่าสนใจอยู่หลังจากที่ราคาลดลงอย่างต่อเนื่องจนอยู่ในระดับที่ต่ำกว่า 1,545 สหรัฐต่อออนซ์ซึ่งเป็นระดับที่ใกล้เคียงกับช่วงกลางปี 54 ก่อนที่ราคาทองคำมีการปรับตัวเพิ่มสูงขึ้นจนไปถึงจุดสูงสุดที่ 1,900 สหรัฐต่อออนซ์ในไตรมาสที่ 3 โดยเป็นผลมาจากการแข็งค่าของค่าเงินดอลลาร์สหรัฐ และมองว่าราคาทองคำจะปรับตัวสูงขึ้นอีกในอนาคต

 

 

 

โดยในช่วงที่ผ่านมา การเคลื่อนไหวของราคาทองคำโดนแรงกดดันจากปัญหาหนี้ในกลุ่มประเทศยุโรป ซึ่งไม่อาจบรรลุข้อตกลงในการแก้ไขปัญหาในระยะยาวได้ส่งผลให้ค่าเงินยูโรอ่อนค่าลงอย่างต่อเนื่องและทำให้ราคาทองคำปรับตัวลดลง

 

แต่หากสถานการณ์ในยุโรปเริ่มมีแนวโน้มที่ดีขึ้น เงินดอลลาร์มีโอกาสที่จะปรับตัวอ่อนค่าลง ซึ่งจะส่งผลต่อราคาทองคำ ทำให้การลงทุนในทองคำในช่วงระดับราคาใกล้ 1,500 สหรัฐต่อออนซ์มีโอกาสได้รับผลตอบแทนที่ดีในอนาคตเมื่อราคาทองคำสามารถกลับมายืนอยู่เหนือระดับ 1,745 สหรัฐต่อออนซ์ได้

 

ดังนั้น KK Fund จึงมีแผนออกกองทุน KK Target Gold Fund 7%  # 1 เป็นกองทุน Target Fund ที่เน้นลงทุนในหน่วยลงทุนของกองทุนรวมทองคำ ETF หลายกองทุนที่จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ต่างประเทศ โดยกองทุนดังกล่าวมีนโยบายการลงทุนมุ่งเน้นลงทุนในทองคำแท่ง เพื่อสร้างผลตอบแทนให้ใกล้เคียงกับผลตอบแทนของราคาทองคำ โดย KK Fund  จะบริหารกองทุน KK Target Gold Fund 7%  # 1 แบบ Active ผู้จัดการกองทุนจะจับจังหวะการปรับตัวของราคาทองคำเพื่อมุ่งสร้างผลตอบแทนที่ดี และป้องกันความเสี่ยงจากอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนด้วยกลยุทธ์ Dynamic Hedging  หากกองทุนสามารถสร้างผลตอบแทนได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 7% ของเงินลงทุนภายใน 7 เดือนแรกโดยมีมูลค่าหน่วยลงทุนไม่น้อยกว่า 10.85 บาทและเข้าเงี่อนไขการเลิกกองทุน บริษัทจะดำเนินการเลิกกองทุนทันที และคืนเงินต้นพร้อมผลตอบแทนไม่น้อยกว่า 7% ของเงินลงทุนแก่ผู้ลงทุน

 

"ผู้ลงทุนที่สนใจลงทุนในทองคำ  และเห็นโอกาสในการลงทุนในช่วงนี้  รวมทั้งกระจายความเสี่ยงจากการลงทุนในหุ้น หรือมีโอกาสรับผลตอบแทนที่ดีกว่าตราสารหนี้   แต่ยอมรับความเสี่ยงได้ในระดับสูง  กองทุนนี้จะตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ลงทุนได้เป็นอย่างดี"นายศุภกรกล่าว

 

กองทุน KK Target Gold Fund 7%  # 1 ขณะนี้อยู่ระหว่างการขออนุมัติจัดตั้งกับสำนักงาน ก.ล.ต. และมีแผนที่จะการเสนอขายครั้งแรกประมาณวันที่ 17-26 ม.ค.54 ลงทุนขั้นต่ำ 5,000 บาท ที่ บลจ.เกียรตินาคิน ธนาคารเกียรตินาคินทุกสาขา และตัวแทนจำหน่าย

The shared currency extended a gain versus the dollar after Germany’s federal labor agency reported that seasonally-adjusted jobless numbers posted a larger-than-expected decline of 22,000 in December, while the adjusted jobless rate fell to 6.8% from 6.9%.

The Manufacturing Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) released by both the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply and the Markit Economics captures business conditions in the manufacturing sector. As the manufacturing sector dominates a large part of total GDP, the Manufacturing PMI is an important indicator of business conditions and the overall economic condition in UK. A result above 50 signals is bullish for the GBP, whereas a result below 50 is seen as bearish.

...on the break up through 1.3050 to current highs.  Corporate buyers are the main drivers of this last move appearently. Talk of more offers in the 1.3075/85 area, ahead of 1.3125 which is a 38.2% retracement of the  1.3550-1.2855 down move We're sitting around 1.3050 after a recent 1.3060 high

The beginning of 2012, the 10th anniversary year of the euro, will see EU officials making further efforts to maintain the stability of the common currency. Eurozone countries need to refinance up to 650 billion euros of debt by the end of April.

In an interview for the newspaper Bild, the German Finance minister Wolfgang Schaeuble said that “this is not a euro crisis, it is a debt crisis in some euro states” and urged all EU debtor nations to strictly implement austerity measures. At present the most burning issue for the area is the Spanish and Italian debt, which the two countries need to curb as quickly as possible in order to prevent the escalation of the crisis and the breakup of the Eurozone.

 

In Spain, PM Mariano Rajoy's government announced on Friday that the country's budget deficit for 2011 would reach 8%, exceeding the previous estimate of 6%. In consequence, Rajoy presented an austerity plan which includes temporary tax increases and public spending cuts.

 

Nevertheless, Italy's debt poses currently a greater threat to the stability of the Eurozone as it is the third largest economy of the region and the second most indebted member state after Greece. In the first quarter of 2012 the country faces a repayment of 53 billion euros of debt.

 

Many EU officials agree that the best way to help these countries to regain market confidence and boost their competitiveness is to buy them time by the means of rescue funds.

 

In Greece, the new government urged banks and insurance companies to agree to an acquittance of 75% of the country's debt, which at present stands at 50%. An agreement on this matter is supposed to be reached before the end of January.

Later on the session, it was known that the ECB added an extra 462 million euros of peripheral bonds in its balance sheet during the last week of December.

 

Lastly, adding to the endless collection of negative news for the Euro, a report from the think-tank Centre for Economics and Business Research (CEBR) said there was a 60% chance one or more countries will leave the eurozone by the end of 2012 and a 99% chance the euro as we know it would cease to exist in the next 10 years.

Analysts cautioned that euro gains could prove fragile as investors eye a slew of upcoming bond auctions by euro-zone sovereigns as European leaders continue to struggle toward a solution as the region’s debt crisis enters its third year.

 

“With an ECB [European Central Bank] rate decision meeting next week, various meetings between European officials and another EU summit at the end of the month, plus a large bond issuance schedule from the euro area, there’s clearly plenty of event risk in January,” wrote strategists at Lloyds Bank.
