ตลาดหุ้นยุโรปปรับตัวขึ้นในช่วงเปิดตลาดวันนี้ ขณะที่นักลงทุนหันไปให้ความสนใจกับการประชุมธนาคารกลางสหรัฐ รวมทั้งรายงานตัวเลขยอดค้าปลีกสหรัฐที่จะมีการเปิดเผยในคืนนี้ตามเวลาไทย หลังจากที่รมว.คลังยูโรโซนได้ลงนามมาตรการช่วยเหลือทางการเงินงวดที่ 2 แก่กรีซไปแล้วเมื่อคืนนี้

 

ดัชนี Stoxx Europe 600 (SXXP) บวก 0.6% แตะ 266.41 เมื่อเวลา 8.07 น.ตามเวลาท้องถิ่นในลอนดอน

 

หุ้น Sage Group ปรับตัวขึ้น ส่วนหุ้นบีเอชพี บิลลิตัน ดีดตัวตามราคาโลหะที่ปรับตัวสูงขึ้น ขณะที่หุ้นแอนโตฟากาสต้าร่วง 2.1%

       แน่นิ่งทั้งโลก

       

       ย่างเข้าสู่วันที่สองของสัปดาห์ สถานการณ์แวดล้อมการลงทุน ก็ยังไม่มีอะไรที่แปลกใหม่ โดยเฉพาะข่าวดีๆ ยังขาดแคลนเหมือนเดิม

       

       ตลาดหุ้นดาวโจนส์ คืนวันจันทร์ขยับขึ้นมาเพียง 37 จุด ราคาน้ำมันอยู่ที่106 ดอลลาร์ต่อบาเรลล์ ราคาทองคำอยู่ที่1,699 ต่อออนส์ ตลาดหุ้นยุโรปขยับขึ่นในช่วงแคบมากทุกตลาด

       

       การปรับตัวลงของดัชนีฯกว่า 8 จุดเมื่อวันจันทร์ ต่อเนื่องจากเมื่อวันศุกร์ อาจมีผลลบทางด้านจิตวิทยาการลงทุน เพราะเป็นสัญญาณการเปราะบางและทิศทางลักษณะขาลง ซึ่งเมื่อไม่มีปัจจัยบวกใหม่เข้ามา แนวโน้มช่วงสั้น การถดถอยของตลาดอาจเกิดขึ้นต่อเนื่อง โดยเฉพาะเมื่อแรงหนุนจากแรงซื้อของต่างชาติอ่อนล้าลง และนักลงทุนสถาบันในประเทศยังถล่มขายต่อ

       

       ความเคลื่อนไหวที่ต้องติดตามคือ ยอดขาดดุลการค้าของจีน โดยเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ที่ผ่านมา ขาดดุลการค้ากว่า 31,000 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ สูงสุดเป็นประวัติการณ์ ฉุดให้ราคาน้ำมันอ่อนตัวลง และการประชุมกลุ่มยูโร เพื่อพิจารณาให้ความช่วยเหลือทางการเงินกับประเทศกรีซและสเปน

       

       นักลงทุนรายย่อย เมื่อวานแห่เข้าไปช้อนซื้อหุ้นกันคึกคักกว่า 2,163 ล้านบาท ซึ่งเป็นไปตามกลยุทธ์ ขึ้นขายลงซื้อ และเป็นกลยุทธ์ที่ใช้ได้ผลมาหลายปี เพราะส่วนใหญ่จะทำกำไรเป็นรอบๆได้ แต่รอบนี้อาจจะเร็วเกินไปสำหรับการช้อนซื้อ เนื่องจากราคาหุ้นเพิ่งเริ่มต้นปรับฐานลง หลังจากดัชนีวิ่งม้วนเดียวมากว่า 100 จุด

       

       หุ้นขนาดใหญ่ถูกถล่มขายเละ ลงกันระเนระนาด ใครที่ไม่ชิงขายทำกำไรก่อนหน้า เริ่มเสียดายโอกาสที่ผ่านเลยไปกันแล้ว ส่วนใครที่มือไว ช้อนซื้อหุ้นดักเก็งกำไรไว้ เริ่มไม่แน่ใจว่า ซื้อหุ้นต้นทุนสูงไว้หรือไม่

       

       ต่างชาติ แม้จะยังซื้ออยู่ แต่ยอดซื้อสุทธิเมื่อวานนี้ เหลือเพียง 458 ล้านบาท ซึ่งเป็นจำนวนไม่มากพอที่จะขับเคลื่อนตลาดสู่ขาขึ้นได้ แต่ถ้าเปลี่ยนมาขาย หุ้นอาจลงได้ทันที เพราะแรงซื้อหลักช่วงนี้ น่าจะมีเพียงรายย่อย ที่คิดว่า เมื่อตลาดปรับฐานลง ถือเป็นโอกาสในการซื้อหุ้นคืน ซึ่งไม่ถูกต้องเสมอไป

       

       ตลาดหุ้นทั้งโลก มีลักษณะประคับประคองตัว รอคอยปัจจัยใหม่ชี้นำ นักลงทุนทั่วโลกยืนคุมเชิงกันอยู่ ส่วนนักลงทุนไทย ก็ไม่มีเหตุผลอะไรที่จะทำตัวเป็นหน่วยกล้าตาย บุกตะลุยซื้อหุ้น
