สเปนได้รับการช่วยเหลือจากกลุ่มประเทศยุโรป ประมาณ 125 billion usd ในสัปดาห์ที่แล้ว

 

หมายความว่าอย่างไร

 

1. QE ยังคงมีต่อไปในยุโรป ไม่ต้องสนใจสิ่งที่เยอรมันพูด สิ่งที่มันเกิดมันไม่ได้เป็นอย่างนั้น

2. เรามาดูแผนการลงทุน

ระยะสั้น : ซื้อทอง จะมีสภาพคล่องเพิ่มขึ้น จากการช่วยแบงก์ แต่นั้นน่าจะยังไม่เพียงพอ

ระยะกลาง ซื้อทองและถือ ซื้อน้ำมันและหุ้นพื้นฐานดี ยังต้องใช้เวลาอีกพอสมควร ความผันผวนยังคงมีต่อไป ขึ้นแรงให้ขาย ลงแรงให้ซื้อ

ระยะยาว หลีกเลี่ยง การถือเงินยูโร เมื่อเวลามาถึง เงินยูโร จะร่วงแรง และ asset ต่างๆทั่วโลกจะขึ้นมหาศาล

 

ทอง

ธนาคารทั่วโลกยังคงเก็บทอง อย่างเช่นคาซัคสถาน ลดการถือเงินยูโรจาก 30% เป็น 25% และ เพิ่มการถือทองจาก 12 เป็น 15% และจะถือเพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 20% และยังมีประเทศอื่นเช่นกัน

 

และมีอีกเสียงที่ว่าถ้า เกิดภาวะถดถอย ทรัพย์สินทั่วโลกจะลง รวมถึงทองด้วย แต่เขาไม่เห็นด้วย เพราะจากประวัติศาสตร์ อำนาจการซื้อของทองจะเพิ่มขึ้นไม่ว่าจะเกิดภาวะเงินเฟ้อ หรือ ภาวะถดถอยก็ตาม

 

เขายังเชื่อว่า QE ยุโรปจะเกิดขึ้นในปีนี้ และเขายังเชื่อว่า ในหลายปีต่อไปก็จะมีปัญหาไปเรื่อยๆ และก็จะมี QE อีก และมีปัญหาไปเรื่อยๆ 3 เดือนดี 3 เดือนร้ายประมาณนี้

Spanish Banks get a Bailout

 

Last week, on June 9, Spain got a big bailout loan from a European

entity. Which agency is as of yet uncertain, but this low interest rate

loan was somewhere in the region of 125 billion Euros (125 billion USD).

This loan will be at only 3 percent -- a rate about half the rate on Spanish

debt in the world bond markets. This money will be used by Spain to take

over more Spanish banks and to recapitalize the banking system. As readers

know, this is the first but far from the last bailout loan for Spain.

 

 

1. It Means QE is On

Ignore Germany’s tough talk. Its actions show that they have caved in and opened a Pandora’s Box which will

allow QE to infinity in Europe.

2. It Means Investors Should Understand the Market Effects & Have an Investment Strategy

Short Term: Buy Gold. The liquidity infusion solves the short-term problems of banking liquidity in Spain,

but may not be enough to cause stock markets to rally. Investors plainly remember 2010 and 2011, when politicians

dawdled during the summer and finally had to make a larger and stronger financial commitment to halt a

banking crisis in October -- because they had dithered May through September. Let us watch carefully. Perhaps

the Europeans will take stronger action; if they do, the dollar will fall and foreign currencies, U.S. and Asian

stocks will rally very strongly just as they did during the period from October 2011 through March 2012.

Intermediate Term: Buy gold and hold it; buy oil and growth stocks during periods of volatility when

these assets decline in price. Sell them when they rally. Continued turmoil and market volatility will continue

as no nation now is required to commit to austerity in order to create improvements in their economic situation.

As a result of this event, no austerity is demanded, and politicians can continue their destructive behavior.

This will create a continuation of volatile stock markets and commodity markets.

 

 

Gold

Central banks are adding to their gold reserves steadily and consistently. Very recently, the country of Kazakhstan

has said that it is reducing its reserve holdings of Euros from 30 percent down to 25 percent. At

the same time, it is adding 24.5 tons of gold to move its gold reserves from 12 to 15 percent of its total holdings.

Kazakhstan’s stated goal is to raise gold holdings to 20 percent.

Kazakhstan is not alone. Many countries which have been holding reserves in Euros and U.S. dollars see the

high debt levels and deficit problems that the developed world’s economies are facing. These nations prefer

not to gamble their future on the choices of politicians in Europe and the U.S. Accordingly, they are wasting

no time in substituting gold for the two major currencies. Unsurprisingly, the price of gold is steadily rising

as central banks of the world’s emerging nations continue to buy gold. As emerging countries grow and profit,

they garner trade and payments surpluses. Gold is one way they spend the money that they make to protect

their financial future.

Many argue that gold must fall in value if the world moves into a deflationary depression. They claim that in

deflation all commodity assets decrease in value. This conclusion does not agree with history. The buying

power of gold always benefits from deflation, and the actual price of the metal often appreciates. We personally

see a deflation and depression as a possibility for Europe.

We continue to believe that gold is an excellent investment, whether the world experiences inflation or deflation.

It’s not rocket science; countries need only to observe the profligacy and incoherence of the two major currency

blocs to decide to diversify more of their assets into gold.
