ยูโรโซนทำพิษ! ศก.เยอรมนีไตรมาสสองโตแค่ 0.3% ส่วนฝรั่งเศสไม่เติบโต

       รอยเตอร์/เอเอฟพี/เอเจนซีส์/ASTV ผู้จัดการออนไลน์-เศรษฐกิจเยอรมนี ซึ่งได้ชื่อว่ามีขนาดใหญ่ที่สุดของยุโรป มีการเติบโตที่ 0.3 เปอร์เซ็นต์ในช่วงไตรมาสสองที่ผ่านมา สาเหตุสำคัญของการเติบโตเกิดจากยอดการส่งออกที่พุ่งสูงขึ้น และการเติบโตของความต้องการภายในประเทศ แม้อัตราการเติบโตจะลดลงจากช่วงไตรมาสแรก ขณะที่เศรษฐกิจของฝรั่งเศสในช่วงเดียวกันไม่พบการเติบโต

       

        รายงานข่าวซึ่งอ้างการข้อมูลของ “Destatis” หรือสำนักงานสถิติแห่งชาติเยอรมนี ที่มีการเผยแพร่ในวันนี้ (14) ระบุว่า เศรษฐกิจของเยอรมนีในช่วงระหว่างเดือนเมษายน-มิถุนายนที่ผ่านมา มีการเติบโตที่ 0.3 เปอร์เซ็นต์ เหนือกว่าการคาดการณ์ของนักวิเคราะห์หลายสำนักในช่วงก่อนหน้านี้ที่ระบุ การเติบโตของเศรษฐกิจเมืองเบียร์ในช่วงไตรมาสที่ 2 ไม่น่าจะสูงกว่า 0.2 เปอร์เซ็นต์

       

        อย่างไรก็ดี ยอดการเติบโตที่ 0.3 เปอร์เซ็นต์ดังกล่าวยังน้อยกว่าช่วง 3 เดือนแรกของปีนี้ ซึ่งเศรษฐกิจของเยอรมนีมีการเติบโตที่ 0.5 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ถือเป็นการส่งสัญญาณเตือนว่า แม้เยอรมนีจะเป็นชาติที่เศรษฐกิจใหญ่ที่สุดและเข้มแข็งที่สุดของยุโรป แต่วิกฤตหนี้สินที่ยืดเยื้อยาวนานของหลายประเทศที่เป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มยูโรโซนเริ่มจะส่งผลกระทบในการฉุดรั้งการเติบโตของเศรษฐกิจเยอรมนีบ้างแล้ว

       

        ในอีกด้านหนึ่งสถาบันสถิติแห่งชาติของฝรั่งเศส (INSEE) ออกมาเปิดเผยว่า เศรษฐกิจของแดนน้ำหอมมีการเติบโตที่ “0 เปอร์เซ็นต์” ในช่วงไตรมาสที่ 2 ของปีนี้ ซึ่งเท่ากับช่วง 3 เดือนระหว่างเดือนเมษายน-มิถุนายนที่ผ่านมา เศรษฐกิจฝรั่งเศสไม่มีการเติบโตเลย แต่ถึงกระนั้นตัวเลขทางเศรษฐกิจที่ออกมา ยังถือเป็นตัวเลขที่ดีกว่าที่หลายฝ่ายรวมถึงธนาคารกลางฝรั่งเศสเคยประเมินเอาไว้ก่อนหน้านี้ว่า มีความเป็นไปได้สูงมากที่เศรษฐกิจฝรั่งเศสจะเริ่มหดตัวตั้งแต่ไตรมาส 2 จากผลพวงของวิกฤตที่ยัง “จบไม่ลง” ของกลุ่มยูโรโซน

       

        ทั้งนี้ปิแอร์ มอสโกวิซี รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเศรษฐกิจ การคลังและการค้าต่างประเทศของฝรั่งเศส วัย 54 ปี ออกมายอมรับเมื่อเดือนที่ผ่านมาว่า ตลอดทั้งปี 2012 นี้ เศรษฐกิจของฝรั่งเศสโดยภาพรวม คงมีการเติบโตไม่เกิน 0.3 เปอร์เซ็นต์เท่านั้น ลดลงจากเดิมที่คาดว่า การเติบโตอาจอยู่ที่ 0.4 เปอร์เซ็นต์
