คุณอัยยา ต้องเข้าไปหาใน กูเกิล ( วีดีโอ ) ก่อน หาที่ระบุว่า You Tube เจอก็นิ้วจิ้มแช่ที่ ตัวหนังสือ You Tube จะปรากฎ คำว่า " Copy " จิ้มที่ Copy เป็นอันเรียบร้อยขั้นต้น. เปิดกลับเข้าห้องฯ ทำตามปกติ ตอนโพสต์ ก็บังคับข่มเหงมันสักนิด โดยพิมพ์ใส่คำว่า จิ้มนิ้วนานๆจนเห็นว่า Paste แล้วกดที่แปะ เสร็จแล้ว คำขึ้นต้น และ คำลงท้าย media. ดูตามเด็กขายของ แล้วใส่ให้ครบถ้วน แค่นี้ก็เรียบร้อยแล้วครับ

With LTRO2 looming on 2/29, the EUR/USD market continues to price in hope that this second round of LTRO will be taken up by banks in the Eurozone and provide liquidity and preventing the crisis to spin further out of control. So it is a hope that a negative thing is becoming more negative – not exactly an overwhelming positive factor for the Euro.

 

So as the market nears 1.36, and the first reactions from banks in the Eurozone is monitored, we can have a buy the rumor sell the news scenario. Until then, EUR/USD remains bullish, with an anticipated  foray to the 1.35 level today.

What is LTRO?

 

“LTRO” stands for ‘long-term refinancing operation’ and is a monetary tools used by the European Central Bank to help pump liquidity into the banking system. The ECB offers European banks long term loans at the prevailing ECB interest-rate.

 

Pictured to the right is the current ECB President, Mario Draghi.

 

The recent “LTRO” and “LTRO 2″ are 3-year loans at 1% interest rate.

 

However, these operation have been carried out in the past with other, shorter maturies, such as 3-month loans back during the 2008 crisis.

The first LTRO 3-year tender had an uptake of €489 billion, of which about €300 billion was used to retire loans take out via shorter term ECB lending facilities, with only about €190 billion of fresh liquidity.

 

The expectation for LTRO 2 is for a similar uptake, around €470 billion. This should help banks to further shore up their balance sheets and can provide banks more cushion going forward.
