And now seven out of 10 economies in the region — including South Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand — track the renminbi more closely than they do the US dollar. Only three economies in the group — Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Mongolia — still have currencies following the dollar more closely than the renminbi, said the report, posted on the institute’s website.

With the central banks buying gold, albeit slowly and quietly so as not to cause the price to raise, should this be looked at as a enormous hedge against a potential collapse of paper currency? The Central Banks seem to think so. Raising the gold capital adequacy ratio to the first tier. Buying gold like it is going out of fashion. All the indicators are there. Central Banks are returning, quietly, to the gold standard.

Now is the time to buy gold, while the price is still low.

Gold Sharply Higher in Yen terms and Euro Terms

 

 

Remember that recent call by the Japanese for more yen printing by the Bank of Japan? Obviously this was not lost on the gold market. Can anyone say "Deliberate Currency Debauchment"?

 

If that is not enough, the Europeans, not wishing to be outdone by the Japanese in the sense of who can debase their currency the fastest, continue to drone out about coming to the aid of Greece. Their remedy - print more money.

 

I have a bit of counsel to the political and monetary authorities. Why not just cease and desist ALL TAXATION OF YOUR CITIZENS COMPLETELY. You obviously can conjure into existence, out of nothing, all the money that you need. Why bother taxing anyone? Just print what you need and end the illusion of possessing any sort of discipline or ethics altogether.

 

At least that way your middle class will have something of their's left over before you bastards destroy what is left of their purchasing power.

We may not close through $1755 until next week. We may close through there tomorrow. Heck, I don't know. What I do know is this: Gold WILL close through there soon and then it will make another move toward $1800. In December, $1800 will fail and, in early 2013, the stage will be set for a move back to the old alltime highs. There you can expect serious Cartel resistance as their only hope will be to attempt to paint a double top.

ดูบทวิเคราะห์ของเค้านะคะ ผู้รู้ช่วยแปลหน่อยก็ดีค่ะ ภาษาปะกิตไม่ค่อยแข็งแรง แต่เค้าบอกว่า COTเพิ่มสัญญา short นะคะ

 

Internal momentum for gold stocks has decided to decline some more. I'm convinced those gaps down below from last week will be addressed. It could get worse than that if momentum indicators fail to reverse. As for gold, there's a negative divergence in terms of its price in Euros (lower) then in US Dollars (higher). COT has increased shorts. Until gold gets thru $1740-1750 then this could remain a B decline after all. Gold is stuck inside a falling channel, bottom line. Rising trend line support lies at $1625. IF this is a C-Rise (it may not be yet), then I would expect to see gold hold its 150 day exponential moving average, near $1688. I like physical metal or paper representations of such better than gold stocks.
